Please follow these rules while using The Nest Bungalows and its shared areas.
Check-in and check-out
Check-in: from 14:00
Check-out: by 10:00
Please let us know your approximate arrival time in advance, particularly if you expect to arrive after 20:00.
Quiet hours
Quiet hours are from 14:00 to 16:00.
Please keep noise at a reasonable level outside these hours too, especially in the evening and early morning.
Applicable local noise rules must also be respected.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted inside the accommodation or enclosed shared areas.
If you smoke outdoors, use an appropriate area and dispose of smoking waste safely.
Pets
Pets are welcome and no additional pet fee is charged.
Pets must not be left alone at the property while their owners are away.
Keep your pet under control, clean up after it, and make sure it does not disturb or endanger other guests.
Pet owners are responsible for actual damage caused by their animals.
Children
Children of all ages are welcome.
Children must be appropriately supervised by a parent, guardian or accompanying adult.
Shared areas
Use shared spaces and facilities for their intended purpose and be considerate of other guests.
After using shared kitchen or cooking facilities, leave the area and equipment reasonably clean.
Service areas and spaces identified as private or inaccessible are not available to guests.
Barbecue and cooking facilities
Use cooking appliances, barbecues and similar equipment carefully and only for their intended purpose.
Open flames outside designated facilities or areas are not permitted.
Equipment must not be left unattended where doing so could create a safety risk.
Parking
Free parking is available to guests.
Vehicles must be parked without blocking entrances, access routes or other vehicles.
Personal property and vehicles remain the responsibility of their owners except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Visitors
Please let us know in advance if you expect visitors.
Unregistered visitors may not stay overnight without prior approval and, where necessary, an update to the reservation.
Parties and events
Ask us for explicit permission before holding a party, event or gathering that could disturb other guests or exceed the property’s normal capacity.
Cleanliness and waste
Please take reasonable care of your accommodation and the shared spaces.
Put waste in the designated areas.
If cleaning after your stay goes well beyond what is normally needed, we may charge the reasonable additional cost and provide evidence of it.
Property and damage
Tell us as soon as you can if something is broken, damaged or not working properly.
You are not responsible for normal wear or damage you did not cause.
We may ask you to cover the actual, reasonable cost of damage caused intentionally or through negligence.
Safety
Do not do anything that creates an unreasonable risk to other people, the property or the surrounding environment.
You may not use the accommodation for illegal activity or for a purpose that conflicts with its use as a place to stay.
In an emergency or immediate danger, contact us and call 112 if needed.
Breach of the rules
For a minor breach, we will normally ask you to stop the behaviour first.
Serious misconduct, dangerous behaviour or repeated breaches may lead us to end your stay where the law allows and the circumstances justify it.
